Victor Hailey’s life began in a city that was a “murder capital” of America. However, Victor has been blessed with the ability to overcome adversity modeled by both his parents. Those lessons are the firm foundation to dedicate his work to serving others. With a diploma in hand, he packed his things and drove west to California. He earned his way into numerous management roles and criss-crossed the globe for a host of Fortune 500 brands. During his time in Los Angeles, he married and started a family. During Victor’s tenure in the corporate sector, he began to feel the pull of his heart as he challenged himself to answer the question, “Why am i on earth”. This led him to accept a role on Generosity.org’s Board of Directors.
