Jerome is a leader, attorney, and author. He is the co-founder of Fogel & Potamianos LLP, a law firm that helps companies lead in today’s market with expertise in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property. He represents successful entrepreneurs and helps negotiate sophisticated talent agreements in entertainment. He also serves as the go-to general counsel for a number of organizations both corporate and non-profit. He is a graduate of UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business (B.S. in Business Administration) and New York University School of Law (J.D.)

And most importantly for this lively discussion with Barry, he is a Certified Behavioral Consultant with the DISC Personality Assessment.

Recently, Jerome published his first book The Gauntlet: Five Keys for Unlocking Success in Leadership to pass on the lessons of leadership he has learned along his journey.

Jerome lives in Los Angeles with his better half, Sheri. And to add to this mix he is currently studying spiritual theology at Talbot School of Theology.
